50 Cent is usually on the defensive end of lawsuits, but this time it's Fif who's doing the suing. In a federal lawsuit filed yesterday, 50 claims that the fast food chain stole his identity for an advertising campaign. The ad in question featured 50 being encouraged to change his name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent or even 99 Cent for a day, as part of a promotional campaign for Taco Bell.
50 Cent claims the fast food chain is "diluting the value of his good name." I wonder how many fans agree with that. But hey, I better keep my mouth shut before Big Bad Fif sues me for diluting the value of a good name.
